The DATRON deburring end mill is ideal for deburring cut edges in steel alloys.
This specialty tool is designed to remove burrs and sharp edges from parts machined from steel alloys. The DATRON deburring end mill features a two flute cutting geometry with an internal tool radius of 0.3mm, leaving a 0.3mm external radius on the finished steel part.
This tool is available in a range of diameters from 0.8mm to 2.4mm to suit a wide variety of deburring applications.
DATRON CNC tooling is developed and manufactured by DATRON in Germany using the highest quality, micro-grain VHM carbide.
