The Röders 5‑Axis RXU series is engineered for high roughing capacity, extreme stiffness, and exceptional precision, thanks to its proprietary QUADROGUIDE® design that channels cutting forces directly into a robust machine bridge. These machines feature wear-free linear/torque motors in all axes, high-resolution encoders, integrated temperature control, and advanced 5-axis geometry compensation, enabling long, accurate machining operations even under heavy workloads. Available in various configurations, they cater to diverse applications, from mould and die making to aerospace and medical parts, offering generous work envelopes and high feed rates up to 60m/min.

 

The Röders 5‑Axis RXU series features 4 models: RXU1001DSH, RXU1001DBH, RXU1201DSH, and the RXU1201DSXH.
