The DATRON 4-IN-1 single flute end mill is best for fast roughing as well as high quality finishing in soft metals, plastics and wood.
The 4-IN-1 design incorporates;
1. Patented balanced single flute geometry; minimising vibration for superior surface finishes and longer spindle life.
2. Wiper flat tool tip; for excellent floor finishes.
3. Wide, polished single flute chip channel; improving chip evacuation, polished to reduce material build up during high speed roughing.
4. Polished cutting edge with multi-stage grind; for excellent surface finishes.
