The DATRON milling and countersink combination mill is a versatile tool for hole milling and countersinking in the one toolpath for soft metals, plastics and wood.
The DATRON combination tool utilises a single flute end mill geometry built into the tip of a countersink chamfer mill. This allows for efficient hole milling and countersinking in one simultaneous toolpath for thin workpieces in materials such as aluminium, brass, bronze, plastics and wood.
DATRON CNC tooling is developed and manufactured by DATRON in Germany using the highest quality, micro-grain VHM carbide.
