The DATRON spring loaded diamond engraving tool is ideal for extremely detailed, precision drag engraving in soft metals, harder non-ferrous alloys, plastics, wood and glass.
The DATRON spring loaded diamond engraver utilises a diamond fixed to the tip of a spring loaded shaft, which provides constant pressure of the tool onto the workpiece. This pushes the diamond into the material, leaving a very fine scratch in the workpiece.
The DATRON spring loaded diamond engraver is not a rotary tool, and must not be used with the spindle running. This diamond drag engraving tool is ideal for extremely fine, shallow engraving details even in extremely hard materials such as glass.
DATRON CNC tooling is developed and manufactured by DATRON in Germany.
