The DATRON thread specific multi point threadmill utilises a multi point, multi flute cutting geometry, allowing for a specific thread diameter and pitch to be quickly cut into a workpiece.
These tools are suited for precision thread applications. Multi point threadmills are optimised for cutter core rigidity allowing for accurate threads to be cut into holes with one cutting pass.
These tools are suitable for production applications with critical cycle times as they are significantly faster than a single point threadmill.
