The DATRON engraving tool is best for high quality, detailed engraving in soft metals, harder non-ferrous alloys, plastics and wood.
DATRON engraving tools are available in a range of cutting angles (included angles) from 20° to 90°. Engraving tools are also available in multiple tip point diameters down to 0.05mm (50 micron) at 20° for ultra fine detailed engraving applications.
For extended precision engraving applications using high spindle speeds, DATRON balanced engraving tools are recommended. DATRON balanced engraving tools reduce vibrations caused by the tool, and can increase spindle life and improve engraving surface finishes.
DATRON CNC tooling is developed and manufactured by DATRON in Germany using the highest quality, micro-grain VHM carbide.
