The DATRON solid carbide reamer is best for applications requiring precision toleranced holes in soft metals and harder non-ferrous alloys.
Ideal for materials such as aluminium, copper, brass and bronze, the DATRON solid carbide reamers utilise a triple flute design to ream holes to H7 tolerance.
These machine reamers are available in common nominal hole sizes such as 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. For extra-long toleranced hole applications, DATRON extended length solid carbide reamers are available.
DATRON CNC tooling is developed and manufactured by DATRON in Germany using the highest quality, micro-grain VHM carbide.
