The DATRON double flute contour cutter end mill is designed to provide the highest quality wall finishes in aluminium, brass and plastics.

The DATRON double flute contour cutter features a higher helix angle than general purpose tools. The higher helix angle gives the cutter more stability for finishing by reducing radial tool loads which can result in chatter and vibration. The double flute end mill is balanced with a rigid carbide core.

Balanced double flute geometry, rigid carbide core and higher helix angle flutes provide the DATRON contour cutter with excellent milling stability to help achieve flawless wall finishes.
