Specialised geometry allows for accelerated cutting of foam materials. These triple flute tools feature extremely sharp cutting edges with wide chip chutes to allow for fast feed rates in foam materials. Unique ground tip geometry is designed to plunge directly into foam materials.

Specifically developed tool geometry allows for clean, high quality edges cut in foam materials. This cutting geometry reduces the foam’s tendency to move or fold away from the tool during cutting.

This tool is available in extremely long, necked (reduced diameter) geometry that enables deep machining in special applications requiring a long reach into the workpiece.
