DATRON Chamfer mill

The DATRON chamfer mill is an excellent tool for countersinking and chamfering applications in soft metals, harder non-ferrous alloys, plastics and wood.

DATRON chamfer mill tooling is available in a range of cutting diameters and chamfer angles to suit all chamfering applications.

Chamfer tooling is not centre cutting, so tools should be used for chamfer or countersinking features where the tool tip is clear of material. For chamfer slots, the DATRON V-Slot mill range is recommended as the V-slot tool can plunge into a workpiece.
